Art Gallery 18 attempts to describe the products offered on the Site as accurately as possible. However, Art Gallery 18 does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Art Gallery 18 and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused and undamaged condition for credit.

All sales are final and payment in full is due before the product is shipped. Payment may be made by credit card as specified on www.paypal.com. All posted purchase prices are presented in U.S. dollars.

Purchasers are responsible for the costs associated with freight, transportation fees, insurance, sales or other appropriate taxes and insurance. Such charges will be added to the posted purchase price and charged to the purchaser before the product is shipped. All sales are subject to the appropriate transportation, tax and insurance fees unless prior arrangements have been made between the purchaser and Art Gallery 18

Art Gallery 18 shall pack the piece(s) of art and ship them to the address specified by purchaser. All pieces shall be packed so as to protect them during shipment. All shipments will be fully insured. Certain pieces of art presented on the Site are a “one of a kind” therefore like for like replacement is not possible. For pieces that are lost or damaged purchaser will be fully insured and will receive their refund once the damage claim has been processed. The artwork, title, responsibility and liability shall become the accountability of the purchaser upon the full receipt of payment by Art Gallery18.

All products purchased from Art Gallery 18 are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.

By visiting the Site, you agree that the laws of Israel, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern the Terms of Use of this agreement and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and artgallery18.com relating to that agreement.
