Art Gallery 18 will supply you with the products you order on the Site, provided that the products you have ordered are available and in stock and provided that you own a valid credit card which can be debited and cleared, and that the credit card company which issued it has approved the purchase transaction you have carried out.

If the products you have ordered are out of stock even though they appear on the Site, or the credit card company has not approved your debit, your order will be suspended automatically, we will not be obliged to supply you the products which you ordered. In such a case, we shall send you an appropriate notice by email and we will abstain from debiting your credit card. Should you have been debited in error, you are requested to inform us and we will ensure the appropriate credit.

To order products as mentioned above, you must enter the following details into the forms intended for this purpose, during the ordering process: name and surname, telephone number, fax number, street, house number, city, area code, email address and any other information enquired by Art Gallery 18.

If this is the first time you are ordering products from the Site, you should select a password and enter it in the appropriate place on the site. In the future, when you wish to purchase additional products from us, you will be identified by your email address and the password you have selected. These will save you the need to reenter your details. You will only have to ensure that your particulars, as they appear on the computer screen, are still up-to-date. If they are not, you would have to correct them so that we will be able to supply your order.

After placing your order through the Site, a preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email, regarding preliminary receipt of your order. Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for an order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Art Gallery 18 will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Art Gallery 18 is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Art Gallery 18 may cancel your order and may sell the selected items to another customer.

Only after Art Gallery 18 has ensured that your credit card is valid and that the product is available and in stock, you will receive a final confirmation regarding fulfillment of your order. This confirmation will bind us to supply you with the products you ordered.

If, when placing an order, you provide erroneous details, we cannot ensure that the products will reach you. In the event that products are returned to us because of erroneous details you submitted, you will be debited for the handling and shipping charges. Please ensure that the details you enter are correct and up-to-date.

The personal details which you have and will submit when placing an order will be saved in the Site's database. Art Gallery 18 is allowed to send you emails which will include information on the Site's services, campaigns, innovations on the site, news, sales, deals, etc.

All product prices and delivery charges are shown in US Dollars. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion, if required.

Your card will only be charged upon dispatch of the items in your order. Your card will not be debited for items in your order which have not been dispatched.

Art Gallery 18 will debit your card for the order you place, handling, packaging, delivery and shipping, insurance and any customs or taxes (if required).

Ordering at artgallery18.com is conducted electronically, so if you decide to order, you agree to allow us to communicate with you electronically. We may send you e-mail notices and other disclosures about your orders over the internet. However, since e-mail delivery is not infallible, you also agree to regularly check artgallery18.com for notices and information relating to your orders such as order status or problems with your credit card.

Art Gallery will deliver the products you have ordered within 20 - 75 days (depending on the product). working days from the date of your order has been confirmed and approved by Art Galley 18. Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed, and are the minimum delivery time for in-stock products. Working days are calculated according to the business days Monday-Thursday, and will not include Fridays, Saturday, Sunday and holidays in Israel or the US.

Please be advised that if you do not provide the payment means when placing the order, the items will not be ordered from suppliers, and the date of supply may be delayed or there will not be any supply.

Art Gallery 18 will not be liable for delays in the delivery of products as a result of events beyond its control – such as mishaps, delays, strikes or stoppages in the mailing service, malfunctions in the computer system or in the telephone systems, which will harm the completion of the purchase process, or malfunctions in the email service.

All prices are stated in US dollars. The prices displayed on the site do NOT include taxes, shipping and handling, insurance or duty/customs fees. Art Gallery 18 reserves the right to increase prices without prior notification.

Art Gallery 18 will collect all state sales taxes as applicable. Duty/customs fees are determined by the country you live in. You will be responsible for the payment of all taxes and duties of any nature if you are using this Site from outside of the State of Israel. For purchases within the State of Israel value add tax will be assed in accordance with law.

Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the Site are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.

Handling, packaging, delivery and insurance charges are extra and are not included in the item prices. Costs of handling, packing shipping and insurance charges shown are the basic freight charge.

Art Gallery 18 has the right to change the handling and shipping fees from time to time without prior notification.

Handling, packaging, delivery and shipping charges do not include heavy packages, in such a case, the pricing for the handling, packaging, delivery and shipping of the package will be calculated by Art Gallery 18 according to its weight and volume.

You may return the products you have purchased from the Site for a period of up to fourteen (14) days from the date of arrival. All requests for refunds or replacements will be subject to approval at the sole discretion of Art Gallery 18. To request a replacement, e-mail to info@artgallery18.com.

In order to return the products, you must send them together with the original invoice and a written notice of their return, within the above mentioned 30 days to the following address:

After the returned products have been received by us at the above address unharmed and in the same condition as they were sent, you will be credited with the amount you paid for them. Art Gallery 18 cannot refund shipping and handling and insurance charges. In the event that the products were damaged in any way you shall not be entitled to receive a refund.

If you chose to replace the products, Art Gallery 18 will send them to you again, in accordance with the original order, unless otherwise specified by you. Please be advised that you will be required to pay for any handling, packaging and delivery charges.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products you ordered no matter what are the reasons of the breach of our contract on our part.

Art Gallery 18 will not be liable to you for any mishaps or errors in the shipment. Art Gallery 18 is only obliged to state, on the parcel, the name and address as they appear in your order.

Art Gallery 18 is not liable for the quality of the products since it does not manufacture them. If you have purchased faulty products, your only right is to replace them or have your money refunded, as we have specified in these Terms and Conditions.
